Pre-Sale Renovation and Spruce Up

Our clients were selling their home and wanted to maximize return on their investment. So they called us to perform some renovations and some general sprucing up. We painted 100% of the interiors. The areas with the most stunning transformations were the kitchen and bathrooms. We also painted the cabinets throughout the house and got new quartz counter tops with new appliances in the kitchen. We re-surfaced the tile and bathtub in the hall bathroom and also did some major cleaning of the tile and grout on some of the floors. Our clients got well over the price they were asking for the house. Needless to say, the clients were incredibly happy.
