The Neuenschwanders started The ReNeu Company in 2021 to provide high quality home improvement services with the utmost level of care for each home we improve.

As a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor, Jonathan draws upon over a decade of experience in the trades having performed work in virtually every aspect residential construction—from foundation to roof; from electrical and plumbing, to the finish carpentry that completes a project.

Jonathan is not only a careful and fine craftsman, but he is also proficient in the management and administrative leadership over construction projects. He has a proven track record of managing multiple crews simultaneously, completing projects on time and within budget constraints.

To complete projects, we perform work ourselves as well as coordinate with other sub-contractors, using only those who are also licensed, bonded, and insured and who have great reputations of high quality work with amazing customer service.
